Exploded eggs and NAYSTEE smell

I just leave them alone don't I? I removed the shell of the rotted egg. gag The mama hen doesn't seem to mind. Still, it's pretty gross and I don't like her sitting on the naystee.

You need to move her and the eggs into a clean nest box. Get rid of the other nest material and clean the box if needed if you don't you will get maggots. Maggots love that type of environment warm under a broody with rotted yolk.
 
I had a broody break an egg in the nest. I found it before it got nasty, but then again the egg itself wasn't bad to start with. I had a lot of yolk on the other eggs. I just dry-wiped them and had a decent hatch.
