Okay, what is the difference between a pen of 2 pullets fancy standard and a pen of 2 pullets production standard?

It sounds like it just catagories Fancy here and Production there

Huh, okay. We didn't have that class in my fair.

I imagine though the fancy standards would fit the standard first over egg laying and the production would be built more towards egg laying or meat and have the standard characteristics as a second thought
