Fairly Confident in my Assessment

This is Chives, an Easter Egger. She is 17 weeks old now. I purchased her from Rural King at 5 days old. They told me the hatchery sexes them and has an 85-90% accuracy rate. I do not know the hatchery they use. I am in central Tennessee, about an hour and a half west of Nashville. When I selected my chicks I was trying to get the smallest of the bunch to help ensure I got a female.
She doesn't have spurs or the curled tail feathers. Also, her neck feathers look pointed, but I think they are more rounded and it's the coloring. They have a black center and frilly yellowish edge. So they look kind of pointed, but I'm fairly confident they are rounded.
I started to get concerned by the shape of her wattle and comb. I was also getting concerned because she is the most vocal and I'm not sure if it's an attempt at crowing or just chicken noises. This is my first flock of chickens. Though I've read a lot, I lack real world experience to guide me. Thanks for any help.

Honestly, that last part is Latin to me. I am going to try to find out what hatchery this Rural King sources from. But now I have to go search Crested Cream Legbar. I haven't heard of that yet.
As stated by another poster.. they're (CCL) also being used in some of the "egger" hybrids (hatchery crosses) these days.. so I would agree Easter egger is another good consideration.

It's a lot of fun to have a variety of color in the lay box/carton. :love
