A few more snaps of the new additions, the broodies have decided to nest together so we gave them a bigger box and they are having a fine time...

And a snap of Mindy out in the pen last week...

And yup, she's got huge comb and wattles! Lol

When she was growing up, I thought maybe she was a rooster! Especially since she stood kinda tall and had a real attitude and curiosity, even at 2 weeks old. But nope, she's a hen! I know that cause in their prime I've gotten 8 eggs daily and I only had 8 hens. Now I have 7 but I've also seen her on the nest box.

Her comb and wattles are way bigger than any of my other chickens!

But I love her.

They are adorable and beautiful!!

I love that one in the other post too where the chicks are all snuggled under the dog's fur and poking out. Adorable.
