I put hay bails around my chickens coops to keep the air flow out, it got dow to zero last night! I was SO worried about my chickies.

DO they have an enclosed barn? You can just put a heat lamp out there. I have that for my pullets, and it help the rest... though last night was warm! 62 at 2 am.
