I was only wondering about importing, I know that it costs about $500 to ship a dog or cat from overseas, had no idea it was worse for birds!

I would guess its probably much easier to test just one dog or cat then to test the whole flock of birds periodically like I believe is required by the exporting breeders. Its also very had to find breeders willing to fill out the paperwork and everything else.

Found out this morning faverolles hate the snow or at least think twice about jumping out of the coop into it.

Love, Love, Love them. The Roos hardly ever crow and they are all so cute. I'd like to get bantam ones one day also.
 
Ya I was suprised because my ameraucanas went out with a foot of snow and this was only a half inch maybe the faverolles are smarter.
