I really like my skittish mallards so far, haha. May not fit your needs, but I've grown attached to mine. I've been getting a variety from rural king and tractor supply over the past month or so. I have:

1 blue swedish
1 random gray unidentified
4 fawn and white runners
5 mallards
2 magpies
1 brown one - guessing khaki campbell
1 silverish/brownish/tan unidentified one - guessing golden 300 hybrid
1 crested pekin or white layer
1 regular pekin

The oldest are about a month or so old.

I've remarked multiple times that the mallards have survival instincts unlike the others which I really like to see. And while they are still skittish around me, they are fearless otherwise and really fun to watch. That being said, I'm attached to them all for various reasons :)

That's so cool that you have so many ducks! Someday I'd like another mallard since it's so interesting to see the difference in behavior between wildish ducks and domestic ducks. Thanks for sharing!
