FBCM hen or roo??

So I've thought for sure this was a little too but in the last week the comb has not changed much at all..and when compared to my for sure little blue copper roo there is a big difference. Would love some opinions on him! Black is in question blue is to show comb..they are 6 Weeks on Saturday. Two pictures of black are at almost two weeks apart.

That's what I thought! It just threw me a little bit when his comb growth slowed so much compared to the blue!
