Hatchery bought Blue Ameracauna is almost 8 weeks old and still not fully feathered? It also looks kinda on the skinny side compared to other chicks.

any advice or solutions are welcome!

Pretty coloring on your chick there ! I wouldn't stress out too much, some feather out slower than others.
