Featherless Red butt

Out of 16 chickens, one rooster, I have one barred rock with featherless red bottom. All other hens are normal (well minus the rooster causing some feather loss on backs). Plenty of space, good food, etc, no infestation. What could be the cause?

If it's around her vent it may be from other birds plucking her. If it's more on her underside it could be from laying in the nest, or her plucking them for better contact with the eggs.
