Feathers, Messy Bottom, and Blood Issues

Got back into town late last night after a 17 day international trip. Checked on the flock this morning. Had a semi experienced sitter. My Lavender Orpington is missing feathers on her neck and has a very messy bottom. My Swedish Flower Hen looks like a hot mess from head to tail. The outside roost has blood all over it, but no sign of runny poop. Right before we left, everyone was treated with Ivermectin after a roo was sick (turned out to be respiratory; vet wanted the flock treated in case of gapeworm). Is this coccidiosis? Mites? Are these hens all being picked on? Overbreeding? Going to soak the LO and start Corid. Any other ideas appreciated!

View of the LO post epsom salt soak. She let out a LOT of poop and immediately seemed more energetic, so I'm guessing she was blocked. No signs of mites?

I forgot to add they're only 9 months old.

So it looks like some of this is 9 month soft molt. I am worried about the LOs runny stool, and blood on the roost outside. Checked everyone's feet.

Were they kept up inside the run while you were gone? Is there any overcrowding? It looks like there is some feather picking or early molting. Are any still having respiratory issues? What was used to treat that? Gapeworm is very rare, and ivermectin is probably not going to treat it, since it has lost some effectiveness in treating worms. Fenbendazole 10% (SafeGuard) given for 5 days at a dosage of 0.25 ml per pound of weight can treat it.
