Feathers, spurs & combs

I have a chicken I was told was a hen, it was bought with several more hens and is an EE they said. It was supposed to be 5-6 months old and I have had it since the first of August. It has not laid an egg yet, it has no signs of spurs,it does not crow, its legs are a slate greenish color- thin like a hens, it has a red 3 rowed pea comb and small barely noticible waddles, BUT it has pointy hackle & saddle feathers and tail feathers like a hen...AND a few curved ones like a rooster. So Im wondering if its a hen or rooster or a gertrudejerry lol...I will try to post pics.

Sounds like an EE rooster.

Some chicken breeds develop slower so I wouldn't be sure until you post pictures
