Feeder/waterer inside and outside? How many of each?

I've keep my feeder inside, and a waterer outside. My birds are able to go in and out at all times, their run is completley closed in. I keep the food inside to keep it dry, and keep mice out.

Do you all think I should put the water inside as well, or is it ok outside?

I think that if you pen them up at night in the house, they will need water first thing in the morning, before they get let out. You really don't need one outside too, it's just a personal choice for me. I like to know there is plenty of it at all times. Like in the case of an emergency. If I was gone for a week unexpectently,(I don't know why??), but they would have PLENTY of water and food. Merry
