People don't understand what happens to the eco-balance when carnivores outnumber the prey.

The carnivores starve, get sick and die.

Then the prey has a chance to repopulate and the cycle starts all over again.

Just kill the cats. Put them in a bucket, with 3/8 inch holes, suspened it in the air. The flys will spray the meat, maggots will hatch, they will natually fall out the bottom, your chickens will eat the maggots.

If you eat hamburgers and chicken nuggets, you are no more of a moral person than the person who processes the meat themselves.

I would kill a bird and eat it. I do not condemn killing for food. I do not condemn killing for population control. But I will not let un-owned animals molest my flock on my own property.

it is nice to care about all animals but the cats our a human creation of sorts and are very harmful to a number of native species and the world would be better without them. of course it would probably be better without us too.
