FIRST EGG

I got my first egg on Tuesday the 13th, it was on the floor of the coop. I have no clue which one of my 10 girls layed it. They are 20 weeks old now. I have been getting 1 egg a day for a week, so I think a few of them are starting to lay. They were all in the nest box too. They are good girls. I also have 2 roos left of the 14 I started with, Big Black and Marshall Dillon.

Congrats, it's nice to have that 1st egg.

One of my black copper marans laid their 1st eggs this week for me. I was about to give up they are 7 months old this week.

Awesome!!! I always feel so proud when a pullet lays her first egg.
