We've got a bunch of dogs around here, some run loose and some are tied but we don't see many coons, possoms, etc. They pretty much steer clear of the place because we've got a bunch of hunting dogs. However, evidently we've got a brave soul around because I've got a pen, divided into 3 parts with some 7 week old chicks in it. They've been in there for a couple of weeks and we've had chicks in there previously with no problems. I went out there yesterday morning and 4 of the 10 had been attacked and were dead. I told my husband and he was SUPPOSED to set the live trap out there last night but obviously got too busy chatting on the computer and didn't do it. This morning, 3 more dead. I am sooooo ticked off. I guess tonight I'll put the few remaining in a cage and set them INSIDE the building for the night until we catch the little monster.
