Well we got a first egg from I'm assuming our other cuckoo marans Ulga. She laid it in the run

Hopefully she figures out the nest box next time. Here is her beautiful egg.

We also have someone laying a light olive egg and I have no clue which girl it is. I'm assuming 1 of the remaining EE pullets. I'm determined to catch her in the act.

It's somewhere between a medium and a small. We actually got another by the end of the day so... 2 eggs! Approximate egg value $5,000.00 per egg. Better be the best eggs my husband has ever eaten lol

I thought of keeping some of our pullet eggs but realistically I don't need more clutter in my house and pictures keep just as long. Here is our EE lady's first egg. It was insanely pretty.

I've got a tall apothecary jar that I'm saving some of the prettier eggs in (blown out). Once that's full, I'll probably stop.
