First time hatching

Hi can anyone advise me I now have 7 babies doin great in the brooder..I have 2 hatched last nite still in incubator one of them is struggling to get up and hatched at 7 pm....14 hours later it's still them same....I think one of the wings looks smaller than the other.....is there anything I can do to help?
