First time laying some in the run

Any suggestions on how I can get them to the nest box? I've got 5, the first one to lay has been consistently laying in the nest box, I see her every morning. Someone else started but she's laying on the floor of the run in the afternoon. My set up is a small raised coop with run under, so I cant make a temp box and slowly get back to coop as there is a ramp. I just want to nip this in the bud if I can. Im not sure the run layer is actually one bird, could be two different as I havent actually seen them lay and they are in different places.
I have seen them check out the box just after my smart girl lays her egg. I also have plastic easter eggs in the nest box.

I've had that happen occasionally when a new hen starts laying, and eventually, they all start laying in the nest boxes. Sometimes, if a hen is at the bottom of the pecking order, she'll lay an egg on the ground. I'll bet it will correct itself.
