Fleshy mass on my baby turkeys eye

Please help!! I'm not sure what this lump on my baby turkeys eye could be. It started off as a small fleshy mass on his eyelid, then it began to grow and now its spreading to his beak. Not sure what it could be. Perhaps fowl pox or a tumor? If anyone knows a cure please let me know! (Btwn the redness seen in the pictures was nor caseed by the lump, the chick is not bleeding, it is just the thing we are using for now to see if it helps him out in any way)
