Flubendazole dosage : amount of active substance per chicken weight ?

I have found several threads and articles on Flubendazole dosage for round worms, but all refer to specific premade products that give an indication of Flubendazole content in percentage.

The dewormer I am using is a different one since I am in France. It is a paste for cats, which contains 44mg of Flubendazole per ml of paste, so I can't use a percentage.
Would anyone have a reference for the dosage of the active substance, Flubendazole, per kg of chicken ?

The only information I have found is the notice from another dewormer, which mentions 1.5 mg of Flubendazole per kg of hen during 7 days : https://www.med-vet.fr/medicament-flubendazole-3-porc-volaille-franvet-p1345
Would that seem sensible ? (information in US weight would help as well).

Here is the pertinent part, quoted:

The product You want is 44 mg/ml flubendazole and the dose is 22 mg/kg for 2-3 days.

A 2.5 kg hen would get 1.25 ml 2-3 days in a row. The tube is only 7.8 ml, so one tube will treat two birds.

2.5 x 44 / 44 = 1.25 ml
