Fluffed leg feathers seems to be the dominant hen

Hi friends I have 7 pullets/ hens of about 6 months. Four are laying. I have Two buff orps, two cin. Queens, and 3 Black Austrolorps. The Black As seem to be the most dominant. I noticed that the most dominant Black A seems to fluf her leg feathers like she has puffy trousers when out in the yard. Is this a display or am I blowing wind?

It is probably a display. Our Lead Hen is always fluffing her feathers out, especially her rear end.
