Here’s some pictures of the new tribe. Six total and they are all afraid of the brooder heater. IMG_4199.jpeg IMG_4198.jpeg

Alinta laid her first egg of the year, so pointy!
Brenna laid the next day (extra happy about this as she rarely lays) and Rosie laid an odd fat monster egg.

Left to right, front row
Rosie, Alinta, Brenna
Back row Alinta's second egg.

Rosie's monster
That sure is a pointy egg! But I love the colour.

Walk of shame for Sir Jaffar today.
He was standing in the run watering hole and got all wet and then muddy when he jumped out.
He was trying to avoid the evil rooster next door. (Who was crowing at the girls while standing on the fence)
He will make the mistake again of IMG_4197.jpeg entering the coop/run soon enough!

Wait on those guesses, because I bought three more chicks from the feed store. They are guaranteed EE and female. One looks like a Columbian Wyandotte (gold laced ) and I picked up the heating plate from TSC
OMGOSH 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I cannot wait to see the little velociraptors ❤️
