fodder feeds

I'm posting the same thread on every forum I use for animals because im, getting ready to start using fodder I think but I want to know your advice

Fodder is AWESOME!! I used it for all my animals that eat vegetables. I didn't have a big system, so my rabbits would get that along with garden clippings and hay. I didn't feed pellets for a long time. The animals were really healthy and loved fodder. I also supplemented the chicken and duck foods. This spring i plan to set up a new fodder system to feed even more of my animals. The reason i am not doing i right now is we moved and i haven't started back up. Only problem i had was i had some mold start growing on the root mats, so i would just snip the blades off and toss the roots...i would love to know a way to beat that.

I would do it! The animals love it and once you have the stuff, it is not too high maintenance.
