Found a rooster

I think I may have figured out whose rooster he is and most likely they dumped him.

Unfortunately, that does happen. Will you be keeping him?

He is very sweet and shy and has not even crowed yet.

He is also starting to drop feathers. I'm thing it from stress.

Stress and dehydration both will send them into molt. I hope he recovers!

I would love to keep him. I've never had a rooster before and not sure how our neighbors would feel about it.

My sister posted a missing rooster online.

I would keep him but I don't think we are allowed to have roosters.

Heartbreaking. Imagine leaving a rooster to die of dehydration or to be eaten alive instead of taking responsibility! Bless you for helping this poor creature and a very big welcome to the forums. I hope you are easily able to rehome him.
