Fowl Pox

Ok another problem I have is fowl pox on my Roo's comb. It started small, but in the last year it is almost over his whole comb.
I read that it is not harmful, but is unsightly.
This Roo is not tame, the only time I might get a hold of him is at night, but he roosts up on the top board in the chicken house!!
Nothing is ever simple

Any ideas of how to deal with this problem?

Fowl pox is a virus that runs it's course in about 6 weeks, it doesn't last for a year. Posting a photo may help identify what your rooster has.
