Fox and raccoon protection

Hello all!
We are starting to plan our chicken coop and run area. We are located in a rural area and we have been seeing foxes, bobcats and I'm sure after the scent of chicken feed and the snowbanks receed we will see raccoons. As for the height of fencing around the run, what would you that have had to deal with these critters recommend for a fence height? We plan on getting a one mile fencer and running several loops of electric wire around the exterior of the run on insulators .

We used a hot wire. Before the hot wire I lost so many to coons. Once they touch a it a few times they will go away!
