Fox attack recovery—what more to do & likelihood of survival?

Picture of her wound (and her cute face) attached, though shortly after I took this as I was cutting away the feathers sticking to the cut I discovered that it extends farther on the left side. She seems to be holding on so far. She’s still alert, still eating and drinking, and she even tried to hop out of her box this morning. Today though I’ve noticed she’s started to do this little chicken sneeze—that’s the best word I have to describe the noise. Like a “tchh!” which may or may not be accompanied by a head shake. She’s also been wiping her beak a lot. No fluid in her nose or mouth that I can see. I put some ports in the box to help keep the air moving…I don’t have access to a dog crate unfortunately. I think I’m going to start her on antibiotics tomorrow just to be safe.
