Free Easter Egger Rooster to a good home (near Philadelphia, PA)

I cannot keep roos where I live, so I am looking to re-home this fella.
This picture was from a few weeks ago, and I will upload an updated picture around 2:30 pm today, after I get back from work. He is now 14.5 weeks old.

He has started to crow and has to go. Please let me know if you are interested in him.


He was molting in this picture, so he may look a bit scraggly.
