Hello, my rooster sadly needs to be rehomed as him and my older rooster are fighting. He isn't aggressive at all, he's actually quite skittish so this was a shock as they've lived together since he was hatched almost a year ago.

Unsure of his breed but he will be one year old in April.

Pretty boy.
Though it's normal for roosters to fight. It's how a leader is established.
Thank you. 😊 Yes, it's my first time with multiple roosters and sadly he won't give up on the other. I'm afraid he will kill him. I have them separated until I find a home.

I understand it's your first time with more then one rooster. It can be scary.

It's rare for another rooster to kill the other.

Hello. If you don't mind me asking, what is the situation with your flock like? Do you have any other roosters? Do you keep them in a coop?

No ma’am I don’t have a rooster I have a buff Orpington and an Australop I have a coop but I let them out every day to free range and put them up at night to keep them safe from predators.
