I was told that you could safely freeze extra eggs, so i cracked 30 and put them in containers and froze them. during the freezing process they turned sorta orange colored. Is this normal?

I have a friend who put the whole egg with shell in the freezer. If you search it here you will find alot who scramble each egg and add a pinch of salt or sugar in an ice cube tray then transfer them to a freezer bag. I'm going to to try drying some the powder them.

The blueball canning book has a whole section on freezing eggs and how to measure them if they are whole, egg whites, or yolks. I used to know but, forgot I'm sorry. Maybe their website will have some info if you google it?
