I bought 2 cochin bantam from my local feed store and though they were supposed to be frizzled only one of them turned out to be. Here's a picture of the one I believe to be a female, she has developed no wattle and her comb has stayed real tiny. She has the sweetest disposition and loves to perch on the hand or arm or shoulder 
Now the frizzle, on the other hand, has developed a wattle and I've noticed some growth in the comb. This one also has a more territorial/aggressive personality and would love to be at the top of the pecking order if not for being a bantam. Again, they are both 8 weeks and purchased together from hatchery stock.
