Frizzle Easter Egger Gender

I have a 12 week old Frizzle Easter Egger that I thought was a pullet but I'm starting to second guess because of it's bright red comb and how it's acting towards our rooster. Any help is appreciated.

Can you get a full body picture of the bird on the ground? I have no idea with frizzles but I almost want to say cockerel from the comb alone but I’m in-experienced so don’t take my word for it.

Here are more pictures of chicken in question. My alpha hen pecked at the feathers on its back and it is still healing.

That's a TON of red for a 3 week old.
I fairly confident that's a cockerel.
