Dour snorted. At any rate, that black mare wasn't pregnant with his foal. He plodded along beside Annalise, but he was fast losing interest. He'd tried everything he knew to appease her. He would not give-up his entire herd to make her happy, though. The stud was steadily learning to love all his mares.
