My dad got a new car and the gas tank door is on the passenger side of the car.
We can think of alot of reasons of what's bad about it.
We can't think of one reason that this would be a benefit. Can you?

Hey NC.that was MY first though too

Passenger pump? I'd love to see my 72 year old mother who has never pumped gas in her life get out and pump gas!
As for pulling up to the pump, the cars with the tank on the driver's sides pull up to the pump to their left, or come from the other direction and do the same. So my father says he's SOL either way.
I wonder how many models have their gas tank on the passenger side?

Mine is on the passenger side. I rarely pump my own gas though. Seems like lots of luxury cars have it on the passenger side. Either way is fine with me. Good time to give the car a good inspection when you fill the tank and it gives you an excuse to do a walk around for random dents and dings that can happen. Plus, see if any of your tires have gotten a bit low.
