Geese ate cherry pits, Help!

My cousin tossed out a bunch of cherries without knowing geese cant eat the pits. My 4 month old African geese at a couple and I don't know what to do. I'm freaking out. What do I do?

The seeds *should* pass through fine, but as a precaution, for the next few days pay close attention to their feces, their behavior, and I'd also start weighing them on a daily basis. If their feces become watery, discolored, they start acting off, or they start losing weight, they should see a vet.
 
It helps them to "chew" their food. It's like teeth to grind food down.
First the food goes into the crop, then it goes into the gizzard. The gizzard holds rocks/grit in it, the gizzard is a muscular organ that with the grit, grinds down food so it can be utilized by the bird.
