Hello, I know 3 weeks is too early to tell, but I love playing the guessing game of what gender the chicks are. I have two buff orpingtons (#1 & #2), one starlight green egger (#3) and two cream legbars (#4 & #5). All are from TSC.
The biggest difference I see right now is between my two buff orps. #1 is larger, has more wing feathers, has tail feathers, and is more upright. #2 is smaller, less wing feathers, and no tail at all.

Thanks for your help!

Yeah, a lot the the methods you hear about for sexing chicks that young are based on specific breeds and crosses only (like differences in feathering), so it is not accurate for the majority of birds.

Happy to report that so far my cream legbars are still looking like pullets! The starlight green is also currently looking like a female.
My two buff orpingtons however are both looking like roos. Both have a pink comb and wattles at almost 6 weeks old.
