My chicks are about your chicks age and they are outside, and the low here gets about 55. as long as they are fully feathered out, they can be outside.

Polish are supposed to be nearly as difficult to sex early as silkies. With silkies the best time is 4-5 mos. and sometimes not till they crow or lay. So I would think it you wait a month or so and put up new photos it would be better.
