So here's how the story goes...my hubby went bow hunting and shot at a big 8 pointer and we looked and looked and couldn't find him. We waited a day and the next morning went back to where we left off and there he was...standing in the field with an arrow hanging out of his butt...talk about embarrassing (for my hubby AND the deer). So he went out a couple of weeks later and saw the deer...arrow gone but limping a little so we really want to take him out before it gets cold.
Well, I am going out with my gun this evening and hopefully I'll get a shot at him! We need the meat so I really hope I can get him and even though it's not so bad I want to take him out before he suffers or gets an infection or anything. Thats why I don't bow hunt...I much prefer my 30-06! I don't miss with that gun!
