Goose egg outside of coop

Help please,

My Emden goose has laid her first egg today. However, it's out in the flowerbed, not in the safety of the coop. Does she plan to sit out there all night once she has a clutch? Sounds like Coyote bait to me. Any solution to force nest? Appreciate any advice.

She just started, she doesn't understand what's going on yet. Are there fake eggs in the nest? She's not going to go broody for a while.

You can try moving her egg to a more appropriate location to encourage her to lay there.
Geese can pick some questionable locations for nests but if it’s out in open that’s usually just an accident.
