Goose Treats!

Hey, we'd love some ideas for treats to give our geese. What do your geese go bonkers, um I mean honkers for? Thanks!

chopped kale, chopped Romaine or whole, cabbage, whole corn, collards, turnip greens. My female likes meal worms my gander nope.

I've heard that lettuce is pretty popular with ducks and geese.

Romaine is the best lettuce,head lettuce has very little nutritional value.

In my experience, geese are almost as different as people regarding their favorite food. None of mine have ever touched lettuce of any kind. One of mine would kill for cat or dog kibble - the two I have now love to play with it, but they don't eat it. They love bread, but none of the other geese I had liked it. I had two who loved plums - everyone else spit them out.

I have had my two geese for a week. They are not the least bit interested in any sort of treat I offer. Not watermelon, lettuce, etc. Any ideas?

Yes they have a lot of grass
