It's definitely cooked safely all the way through.I thought pork had to be well done or it would make you sick?

Cook all raw pork steaks, chops, and roasts to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (62.8 °C) as measured with a food thermometer before removing meat from the heat source. For safety and quality, allow meat to rest for at least three minutes before carving or consuming.
It will be safe, but not so thoroughly cooked that it is tough and dry.
I'm safe. I eat mine well done. No pink at all. I can still have it moist by cooking it almost done then braising it in a skillet full of tomatoes and onions.Listen to me telling you how to cook pork, I don't even eat the stuff! I want you to be safe though.
Have a pro model insta read that I use for even beef.
