I've got some catching up to do Granny and that I will but just not tonight. Allergies or a bug I've been put through Hades this week just trying to breathe. Even took a Covid test to make sure. Not Covid. May be back later and may just go to bed after I eat. I'm tired and weak. Must get up and go early in the morning and restock the feed storage bins in the coops as soon as I get a run to the CoOp for a few hundred pounds.

Got home from the academy this evening, two-day trip. Drove most of the way up yesterday, got a motel, spent the night. Went the rest of the way this morning, attended graduation ceremony, got The Kid moved out, headed home a little after 1, got home about 7 pm I think. Not quite dark yet at that point. Knees and left ankle giving me fits, can barely walk. Can't be weather, clear and sunny! Wear and tear from walking around the house? Sure hope not! I need to walk! Have been doing 3 laps, want to do ten. Want to RUN! Curses, foiled again!

30mg of melatonin timed release might as well have been sugar pills.
Speaking of sugar that zero sugar cake icing really spiked my BS. Know not to have it anymore.

I would have to say the fibromyalgia at the moment. Also have scleroderma, which can effect your organs, as well as your skin.
