Green poops

I am finding green poops in the brooder of my 7 3 week old chicks as of this morning. A few of them at least have been doing so. Some are runny and some are a more normal consitancy. I started treating with Corid this morning in a different waterer than normal. It is possible they weren't getting enough water earlier, is this related? Dehydration? Still unsure if the lethargy was coccidiosis or dehydration showing. After switching waterer and giving corid for 4 hours everyone is acting perfectly fine but still pooping a dull greenish.

What are they eating? Have you given them anything as a treat?

No treats. They have been getting regular chick feed. Vitamin and electorlyte water until this morning. And choice chick grit because we were going to start doing treats in about 5 days when they were 4 weeks old.

No. Just in the brooder. We dont have a second run just yet for them

We had previously had nipple waterers for about 4 days up until this morning.
