Ohh I'm soooooo p-ed off right now, so the other day I went to my local ag and youth fair and I was looking at the chickens and I Got to one cage that had a roo and a hen and the rooster had pecked away all the feathers a d skin away on the hens tail ooo I was so upset I nearly kicked the cage the roo picked at her tail again, poor hen looked like she was dieing

You look around in the livestock area. There is a livestock office somewhere. Ask any of the livestock exhibitors. They will know. If you don't have any luck there, find the fair office. It is usually near the front of the grounds. You can also telephone the fair itself ( the number is in the phone book) and ask to speak to teh fair manager or the livestock superintendent.
