guinea hens

I lost my male guinea hen this evening. I had looked at some of your posts to tey and figure out what happened to him. He got to where he did not want to come of the pen and he would just stand, then he hot to a point he would not eat much. I mixed some antibiotics in water but didn't seem to help. I lost him
tonight Iam very sad snd want to learn how yo help my guineas.
Can anyone help me?

I live in central Florida
