I noticed one of them has a slightly odd beak? It doesn't seem to be causing her any trouble. But what are your thoughts?

I would say if it doesn't seem to interfere with her eating and drinking, don't worry about it. I'm not sure what you could do, anyway.

It looks as though her beak was either trimmed when she was young (a lot of hatcheries do this to production birds), or she broke the tip off a while ago. You could try using a human nail trimmer to clip off the lower part and make the beak even, but if she seems to get along fine with the beak like this, that really isn't necessary.
