I have used egg hatcher app on IOS for a couple years. I can set eggs it tells me when to candle and when to lock down and hatch date. I can but the name (I use variety of eggs) you pick type of bird (Chicken), Breed (Ameracuana), Source Pen1 or shipped. Then you can add total eggs set, total after candling (Fertile), and number hatched and at the end it gives your % totals or add notes. I archive them after and can compare year to year. Its pretty basic but does the job and I do not have to remember to write everything down.
