Hatched Chicken Problem!

Asking this for a friend:

Can I get some insight on a chick? This little one just hatched and it's stomach is big and black. It also has a red lumpy piece of flesh connected to the umbilical cord. I don't remember seeing it on the other chicks. Is it any cause for alarm?

Hasn't fully absorbed the yolk. Time in a dry paper towel lined margarine container in the incubator might save the chick. Can take upwards of 24 hours too get up on its feet. Do not provide feed or water till it can do it on its own.
