Hatchery- Absolute beginner

Hello people, my quest to find information on chickens and everything related finally led me to this wonderful website.
I have just started out with a few incubator boxes, 4 to be exact. Each one can hold upto 130 eggs. It's a basic homemade incubator and I have to manually turn the eggs.
I know nothing at all in this field and I sincerely hope that you kind souls out there would be willing to help me out.

Hmmm.... what else??? Btw, I'm from South Africa, a tiny little town on the coast called East London.
